Try your hand at classic pizza-making in a fully interactive workshop using the Health and Lifestyle Technology kitchen facilities at St Paul’s School.
Would-be Pizza Chefs will create fresh dough, sauces and toppings, and bake beautiful gourmet pizzas to taste, and take home.
All participants receive an apron, certificate of completion and recipe booklet to take home.
All ingredients & equipment provided.
Gluten-free & vegetarian options available on request.
Session 1: Bread dough basics, making our pizza bases plus delicious toppings featuring fresh local, seasonal produce.
Session 2: Pizza production & baking. Taste-testing!
What to Bring: Bring a take home container large enough for a 30cm pizza.
