Try your hand at classic espresso coffee production in a fully interactive workshop in the fabulous new Beverage Production Kitchen at St Paul’s School.
Would-be Baristas will work in a commercial environment and receive an apron, name badge, certificate of completion and a recipe booklet to take home.

- The history of coffee drinking in Australia
- Use & Care of the Espresso Machine
- Use & Care of the Grinder
- Extraction of Espresso
- Milk techniques
Session 2:
- Practical coffee making techniques & tasting.
