CAPPUCINO ? FLAT WHITE? PERHAPS A CAFÉ LATTE?

Try your hand at classic espresso coffee production in a fully interactive workshop in the fabulous new Beverage Production Kitchen at St Paul’s School.

Would-be Baristas will work in a commercial environment and receive an apron, name badge, certificate of completion and a recipe booklet to take home.

All ingredients & equipment provided.

Session 1:

  • The history of coffee drinking in Australia
  • Use & Care of the Espresso Machine
  • Use & Care of the Grinder
  • Extraction of Espresso
  • Milk techniques

Session 2:

  • Practical coffee making techniques & tasting.
